Purchase Bento 3 single license or Bento 3 Family Pack as a replacement license for Bento 2 or Bento 1 between September 29, 2009 and January 28, 2010, and qualify for $20 via online submission rebate. Purchases made at the FileMaker Store, ModusLink BV, or via FileMaker Worldwide Customer Support qualify for an instant rebate and are not eligible for the rebate. This offer is for end-user customers only. Reseller and institutional purchases do not qualify for this offer.
PRODUCT ELIGIBILITYPurchase a Bento 3 single license or Bento 3 Family Pack as replacement licenses for Bento 2 or Bento 1 between September 29, 2009 and January 28, 2010, and qualify for $20 online rebate. Not-for-resale products, site licenses, volume licenses, solution bundle agreements or purchases made through Internet auctions or any other unauthorized channels are ineligible for this offer.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONSBento 3 must be purchased as a replacement license for Bento 2 or Bento 1. This offer is good for ONE rebate per one unique qualifying Bento 3 single-license or one Bento 3 Family Pack. A maximum of ONE rebate per household may be claimed.
PROOF OF PURCHASEEligible proofs of purchase are receipt date and the Bento 3 License Key.
REBATE SCHEDULEThe Bento 3 rebate is good for up to $20 off a qualified purchase.
CLAIM PROCEDURESEligible Customers must complete form from www.filemaker.com/rebate. Internet access is required to submit a rebate claim. Claims must include a valid and unique Bento 3 License key, as well as a valid and unique license key of the qualifying previous version (Bento 2 or Bento 1) as well as the Original receipt date. The claim must be submitted online via the above URL portal within 30 days of purchase, and by February 27, 2010. Claims submitted after February 27, 2010, will not be processed.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGESIf a product required for promotion redemption is returned in exchange for another qualifying product required for redemption, you must provide adequate documentation to support the exchange transaction.
